• A good faith estimate of anticipated expenses will be prepared for you, reflecting the net cash you could receive based on your requested price.
  
• I can provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to show you what similar homes in your area have been selling for, to give you an idea of the market value of your home.
  
• I personally take digital photos of the interior and exterior for all of my listings for the internet and for custom flyers. I also offer 360 degree Virtual Tours to post on the internet as well.
  
• I believe the internet is both the present and the future in marketing real estate. I provide Worldwide Exposure of your home via all of the major real estate internet portals and social networking sites including: Realtor.com, Zillow.com, & Trulia.com. This not only ensures that all Realtors will have access to information about your home...but so will the entire world!
• Flyers will be printed and if you would like, a brochure box will be put in your yard so anyone passing by will have quick access to the details of your property. My website is also cellular friendly, so potential Buyers can also access information on your home via cellular.
  
• Once an offer has been accepted and a purchase agreement has been drafted, an escrow account must then be set up, a title search will be done, inspections will be conducted, buyers bank commitments will be confirmed, an appraisal will be done and the closing will need to be coordinated. I personally see to it these tasks are completed properly.
