That means, when you choose me as your Buyer’s Agent , I will be working for you to guide you through every stage of the home buying process.

The seller normally pays any Realtor commissions on listed properties, so you will have a dedicated professional working for you at no cost to you.

It is best to get “pre-approved” for financing before you begin your home search for two reasons: 1) You need to be comfortable with the price range you are looking in. If you look at homes that are beyond your financial ability you will only get frustrated and waste valuable time. 2) A pre approval letter from your lender puts you in a stronger and more credible bargaining position when you are ready to write a purchase agreement. • I can provide you with a CMA (Market Analysis) for any property you are interested in to show you the estimated value of the property before you make an offer.
  
• A Title Search, Appraisal and Home Inspections will need to be done and I will work closely with your lender and title company to coordinate closing.
  
• Professional Service Referrals upon request, including Lenders, Home Inspectors, Termite Inspectors, Structural Engineers, Repair Services, Etc.

You will be provided with the representation you need and deserve as I move you through the Home Buying process at a pace you are comfortable with and give you the information and tools you need to make a well informed home buying decision.
